Nicole Hanna

Director
Occupational Therapist, OTR/L, C-SIPT
A graduate of the Florida International University, College of Nursing and Health Sciences, Nicole holds advanced certifications in Sensory Integration Praxis Test and the Handwriting Without Tears program. Nicole has a variety of clinical experience providing skilled therapy to adults and children. For the last 17 years, Nicole has focused her practice on children who have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders, sensory disorders, and behavioral and coordination concerns. Nicole values the importance of continuing education, staying up to date with the latest advancements in pediatric occupational therapy. Nicole has completed a number of continuing education courses including extensive training in sensory integration theory and practice, oral motor control based on the Beckman Oral Motor Program, the M.O.R.E. program, and auditory based interventions that include Therapeutic Listening. She also has training in NeuroNet and is certified in Sensory Integration.
Ashlee Casarino
Occupational Therapist, MS, OTR/L
Ashlee is a state licensed and nationally certified Pediatric Occupational Therapist who has been practicing in the South-Dade area for ten years. Ashlee graduated from Florida International University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences with a minor in Health Services Administration in 2007 and went onto to receive her Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy in 2009. Types of treatment techniques utilized during therapy sessions include: Neurodevelomental Treatment Techniques, Sensory Integration, Therapeutic Use of Self; Constraint Induced Therapy; and Multi-Sensory Environments. Ashlee has lengthy experience with ordering of durable medical equipment, including wheelchairs, standers, bath chairs, beds, and other adaptive equipment. Ashlee is currently working on her post-professional degree with her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences.
